While ArogyaRelief is designed to route requests to the nearest available, verified responders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any specific response time, that a responder will be available, or any particular outcome. Response depends on real-world factors including responder availability, infrastructure conditions, and the severity of the disaster.

Health assessment and triage tools on ArogyaRelief are informational aids to help route your request appropriately. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace evaluation by a qualified medical professional. Always seek professional medical attention for any health concern.

4. Third-Party and Responder Information

Information about hospitals, camps, pharmacies, and NGOs is provided by verified responders and administrators. While we take steps to verify responder credentials, ArogyaRelief does not independently confirm the real-time accuracy of every listing (e.g. bed availability, medicine stock) and is not responsible for discrepancies.

5. No Government Affiliation Implied

ArogyaRelief is designed to support coordination with district and state disaster management authorities. Unless explicitly and officially stated, ArogyaRelief is not operated by, endorsed by, or formally affiliated with the Government of Assam, the Government of India, NDMA, NDRF, or SDRF.

6. Platform Availability

ArogyaRelief may experience downtime or reduced functionality, particularly during large-scale disasters that affect internet or power infrastructure. We work to maintain reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
